1.go to ftp.ypdtv.com
2. On left hand top corner, click
      file - log in as...
3. New window will  ask user       
    name and pass
4. under user name:
punjab@ypdtv.com
5. To get pass for this, contact  
   us.
6. When you will be logged on,  
    just drag/paste the files to    
    this ftp folder.


FLV: high quality with 648x480  
    size (min)

MPEG: 3 Mbps quality is ok
